GROUNDWATER PRODUCTION BOREHOLE
CCBSA - Booysens
Drilling of production boreholes for the CCBSA manufacturing plant in Pretoria. The borehole were constructed with stainless steel casing in compliance with the food safety standards of South Africa. the borehole provide sustainable yields in access of 20 L/s combined, ensuring a sustainable water supply for the plant. We are currently in process of completing the water use license required prior to abstraction commencement.
Solar Borehole and Purification System
Coke Ville - Groundwater Harvesting Project
One of our specialties showcased for the Vasfontein community in Pretoria. We provided turn key off the grid solutions for the community of Vasfontein. The borehole was equipped with solar system capable of supplying 50 000 L per 8 hour cycle of solar power of filter water. The filtration system makes use of ion exchange technology to remove unwanted impurities in the water. The system is such that the community can collect water with smaller bakkies, wheelbarrow or a water carting truck.

Ga-Mokgopo Coke Village Groundwater Harvesting
Africa Geo Intel technical team completing installation of a solar operated water treatment plant. The functioning and monitoring of the plant is done remotely allowing the client to take control of the water demand and supply. This system is great for remote areas / areas with electricity supply challenges.
Drilling Contracting
ENGEN BLUFF - Cathode Protection Systems
A total of 28 cathode protection systems were installed to protect fuel storage tanks from corrosion imposed by rust. Cathodes were installed on sand formations with very high collapse potential. Special drilling techniques had to be used throughout the process to secure successful open boreholes.
Rotary Core Drilling / Geotechnical Engineering Contracting
Road P180, Machadodorp, Mpumalanga
Africa Geo Intel completed core drilling as part of the road collapse geotechnical investigation conducted for the P180 road.
Groundwater Augmentation
20 Kl per Hour Groundwater Treatment Plants
Africa Geo Intel completed construction of a series of 3 x 20 Kl/hour groundwater treatment plants. This project secured clean water for the community of the rural settlement in Phutaditjhaba, Free State.
